I get emails almost daily for placement on my blog which I think is fabulous because there are so many artists out there that I haven’t yet come across. There are times when out of all of the emails, there’s one that grabs you instantly. This was such an artist. I clicked on her store link and was blown away… Blown away to the point that I literally wrote about her shop within minutes of her emailing me, I was that impressed.
Velvet Morning‘s collage work is exquisite and has a certain charm and aesthetic that makes you want to get lost in her work. The backgrounds are perfect and enhance their subjects and bring everything together as if they were meant to be together.
All I can say is Wow. Seriously Wow.

I love mixed media! Seeing Audrey made me think of the movie ‘Roman Holiday,’ must put it on Netflix right away. Keep up the great work Velvet Morning!
