Through The Lens

Ok I LOVE?my roses and I tend to them like little children. I find it very calming and relaxing to spend time in my garden. I took this shot this morning with a +10 Macro Lens and added Florabella Textures. (music blog)

bunny print by Andrea Bonelli

I tried my hand at Photography and I love it. I loved it so much, I had my favorite photograph professionally printed on Kodak Endura Supre Lustre paper in a sweet postcard size {4×6}.

While supplies last, every order over $50 will get one of these prints.

{I have one of my prints tacked onto my corkboard among other various prints from other artists}

It was a nice surprise to look at my newly set up stats in Flickr and find that someone had blogged about one of my new photographs. {morning cup}

morning

I always have my cappuccino in the morning to wake me up. I always use my favorite little cups from Anthropologie to make it even more tasty. Ok, well, not really but it makes it look nicer.

lock and key

This is a photo of my wind chime hanging from one of my trees. I’ve always loved this chime even though it takes a really strong gale force wind to actually make it move but I still love it.

cross processed

This is an overprocessed version of my wind chime. I think this is actually pretty cool.

lock and key aged

This one I aged, and softened a bit and I rather like the way that it came out. ?Love!

Here’s a few more…This is so addicting!

The last one on the right is my absolute favorite. I created the last 4 by playing around and collaging them with one of my other backgrounds. Not bad, I think..

my garden

blurry

I played around with my Polaroid camera tonight after I read an exciting forum post about the possible re-manufacturing of Polaroid products. I’ve been hoarding my supplies up until today and I have to say that I’m more than rusty since I don’t have the distance thing down pat yet as you can see from my photo from this evening. Blurry in the front, sharper in the back; which just means I was too darn close! lol

There’s something charming about the out of focus aspect of it…I think I like it.
